About the Founder

Northbound Advisory was founded by Kalah M. Gharouni, who brings more than 25 years of experience across accounting, tax preparation, payroll, business ownership, financial reconstruction, construction, property operations, procurement, and business systems. She holds an Associate degree in Accounting and is skilled at organizing complex records, identifying discrepancies, rebuilding financial timelines, and developing practical systems for moving forward.
Her experience includes residential and commercial properties, short- and long-term rentals, general contracting, logging-related operations, land clearing, demolition, materials sourcing, payroll taxes and withholding, contractor and vendor management, and helping clients start and grow businesses.
