Engagement requires written terms

Any engagement requires a written agreement covering services, phases, deliverables, fees, responsibilities, and exclusions. Complex financial reconstruction does not begin without a written scope and payment arrangement. A deposit of up to 50% may be required before work begins, depending on the engagement.

Final deposit and payment policies are confirmed in writing per engagement.

Pricing

Exact pricing is not published on this site until approved. Fees are based on scope, complexity, record condition, deadlines, and required deliverables, and are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

No unlimited or automatic services

No service is advertised as unlimited. Engagements are scoped to defined services, phases, and deliverables. Submitting the public consultation form, browsing this site, or exchanging emails does not automatically create an engagement or obligate Northbound Advisory to accept any matter.

Dispute resolution

Any dispute-resolution or governing-law terms that apply to an engagement are confirmed in writing in the engagement agreement. This website does not establish or promise any specific dispute-resolution process unless it is set out in a signed engagement.

Public forms and confidential information

The public consultation form is for initial contact only. Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, complete financial account numbers, tax returns, or other confidential documents through it. Sensitive documents are accepted only through an approved secure process after preliminary intake or engagement. See Secure Document Submission Instructions.

Intellectual property

Northbound Advisory, the Northbound Advisory wordmark, the compass and directional motifs, and the content of this website are presented as Northbound Advisory's brand materials. The approved logo and finalized brand assets are published when finalized.
